    Tweaking help? Cablenut setting?

    I have pro packet with SBC Yahoo dsl at 3000/512 kbps. My setup are Windows XP Pro SP2, linsys router WRT54G using PPoE with newest firmware. VPN is disable in the router. Any tweaking suggestions to get the max out of my connection?

    TCP properties for IP = xx.xxx.xxx.xxx ()
    Browser/OS = Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1
    Notes: Read the Analyzer FAQ if the above is not your IP address.

    TCP options string = 020405ac0103030201010402
    MTU = 1492
    MTU is optimized for PPoE DSL broadband. If not, consider raising MTU to 1500 for optimal throughput.
    MSS = 1452
    MSS is optimized for PPPoE DSL broadband. If not, consider raising MTU to 1500 for maximum throughput.
    Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 145200
    RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 2 bits (scale factor of 4)
    Unscaled Receive Window = 36300

    RWIN is a multiple of MSS
    Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
    511104 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)
    255552 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 4)
    127776 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)
    63888 (MSS x 44)
    bandwidth * delay product (Note this is not a speed test):

    Your RcvWindow limits you to: 5808 kbps (726 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
    Your RcvWindow limits you to: 2323.2 kbps (290.4 KBytes/s) @ 500ms
    MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON
    Time to live left = 53 hops

    TTL value is ok.
    Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF
    Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON
    IP type of service field (RFC1349) = 11110000

    Precedence (priority) = 000 (routine)
    Delay = 0 (normal delay)
    Throughput = 1 (high throughput)
    Reliability = 1 (high reliability)
    Cost = 1 (low cost)

    This is the speed test result from here:

    Your current bandwidth is: 1.359 Mbps (1359Kbps, 166KBps)

    Note: I already played around with RWIN. It did not have any effect on my speed - did not matter what numbers I used - low or high.

    These settings are for CABLENUT. I didnt want to take the time to type out every section, so just go down, and if you hit a dead end, that means you start on the right column.

    Thanks for the numbers. Tried them, but did not see any improvement.

    Thanks,
