I just got new Corsair XMS 2 2 2 5 PC3200 ram, and im gonna try to OC. I read on the reviews that this ram is not too overclockable when at 2 2 2 5, so i might relax them to like 3 4 4 8 and just max out on FSB. I am not a MAJOR overclocker, and I will not risk getting anything fried or anything.
So, I need your suggestions. How much FSB to raise,etc... O, and by the way, I have a stock CPU cooling fan and 2 120MM fans for my case, and my specs should be in my sig

I would upgrade your HSF before you try overclocking.
YOSC OC's his 2.4 to like 3.0 on stock cooling...it can be done.
I have the same RAM as you in my P4 system. Mine would never OC at all at stock timings. It runs dual channel fine..but OC it will not.
I'd just raise some timings and up the FSB by 5 or 10 until you notice errors. Most likely your system will just reboot itself at some point.

ok uh ive decided that i wanna just get a new hsf for overclocking. What do you guys recommend? As long as its less loud then the P4 stock fan im ok with it.
