JS: Size Window- Open New Window on Top

Hi everyone,

Need a JavaScript to simultaneously do the following:

1. Centre and resize the present window to 200x150 px, and
2. Open a new frameless window on top at 780x500 px.

This should be called through a hyperlink. Any help would be greatly appreciated, but keep in mind I am not code-literate.
