Premium Membership File Manager Question

I can't access my files when opening the File Manger on SG. Is anybody else having this difficulty and if so what have to done to remedy this?

BTW, I've received this screen the last 2 days or so. My membership is due for renewal in mid May.

NM I had to relog back into SG from the membership window. doh!
