Class....attention class! Tomorrow we are having a quiz. You will all be flashed 6x pictures of various video cards, you are allowed to look at each picture for 1 second. You are to pick out the card which is PCI-Express. Those who do not answer this correctly will be forced to sit in the corner with a dunce cap on for the remainder of the week!

Is MSI the first to release the PCI express standard or have other venders gotten thier hands on them already? And are there any motherboards out yet that support them?

Haven't read hardcore release dates, but I'm guessing mid-fall, like around turkey time. We'll see some boards trickle into the market. Would be logical for vid cards to be released at the same time PCI-E supporting mobo's hit the market. MSI first? Never know, but I'll wager there'll be a few brands hitting the shelves at the same time.
