Went through regitry, couldnt find anything. Downloaded the newest version of Adaware, made sure I had the lastest update from SpyBot, ran them all, found nothing. Any other ideas ?

Goto start menu search and see if you could find that if so delete it

    C:\WINNT\tdrelglglwgl.htm

Also try going to start men run do a search for *.tmp when done listing select edit then select all and delete. I would also goto ur browser and delete all the cookies you can

In ineternet exploer goto tools internet options click delete cookies.

Sounds like CoolWebSearch. Very difficult to remove. Google for CWShredder. It can't be downloaded from its original site because the site is under continuous DDOS attach by CoolWeb's authors.
