    Hey thats my trick!

el almein among other maps i see peeps landing the bombers at the flags. I never saw anyone do that, until after I started doing it.

anyone got any tricks they want to share?

I was going to post a link to that thread, but the SG search results for "bullsh|t" were too numerous

sometimes you have to think outside the box to get inside the box .

I sat on top of a T-72 last night with my Abrams! It was on another server on the Tobruk map.

It was quite fun....He couldn't or wouldn't get out and his flag wouldn't change back. Then I just got off him to his rear and blasted him a good one. Flag captured!

    tricks/tips?

practice landing on the top of the hangar (like in el alamein) in planes and helis. the whole repair process takes a lot less time than landing, then maneuvering into the hangar then back out and taking off again. it;s tough, but you can do it in any plane or heli (except the AC-130). it;s all in the throttle control, and learning how slow you can go before you stall.

You can drive planes like cars lol.

Been doing that alot in single player.

There are some nice ramps for the little dune buggy thing. You can land right on an enemies parking spot and sometimes even the roof lol.

I'll land planes to capture flags if the coast is clear and no ones around.. If its not clear, I'll provide air support for the ground troops.

Grab the helo, fly to opposition, parachute and crash, grab a tank and rip out. If others would fly with you as in the word teamwork, one team could own all the tanks

    Helio respawns anyhow

In a lot of maps you can take the flags with the Helo. There are some that are near impossible however. The best way to do it is have a pilot and a passenger. The passenger jumps out of makes sure the area is clear. Once the flag is taken the pilot picks up the passenger and heads for the next flag. It works well.

If u are against a tank with nothing to kill it, jump on top. Did this on El Alamein and the guy couldnt figure out why the flag wasnt getting capped.

Not a trick, but the apache is twice as deadly with a gunner onboard.

Its ashame more people dont realize that.. It ticks me off when a pilot wont pick you up when your calling for transportation. Not to mention a passenger can jump out and clear buildings if need be.

I have a few tips for CTF. I don't play much conquest.

There's nothing like that stressful feeling of trying to get back to your base with the other teams flag. Really gets the heart pumping.
