it is a really good deal ...

Mark posted it a week or two ago in the classified and hot deals forum. http://forums.speedguide.net/showthr...hreadid=130704

and I put in a thread here in the Gen Forum a day or two ago in reply to a thread ...

    http://forums.speedguide.net/showthr...hreadid=131411

I am not sure when the deal ends but if you are interested don't hesitate. My site host is "sickened by 1&1 because they are about the biggest hosting company their is" and they can afford to do these kind of promotions. But they are also UK based so it may deter some people

    Get em while they're hot!!!

    be careful though..

1.1.1. The following fee provisions and the provisions regarding payment of fees hereunder are not applicable to the extent that the 1&1 Services are covered by 1&1's pre-launch special promotion, under which there is no set up fee and the monthly fees are waived for a period of 36 months. In that case, the fee and payment provisions will apply beginning with the end of the 36 month promotion period.

BaLa> Just to make sure is that saying that you have to pay for the 3 years you used it after 3 years or does it just mean after a 3 year free trial you pay for it? (Like AOL's 45 day free and after that they charge you)

they way i understand is it is free for 3 years, you don't give them any credit card info so i don't know how they can charge you, untill maybe later they suspend your site untill you make an account .

whatever i am using it but need to finish making a site, i just don't really understand some things about making web sites

i can't even figure out how to get pics on my pages even though i have a few uploaded to my FTP space.

ask away Mark I will help you ... Probably better ask in programming forum ...

Do you have MS office (frontpage) or Macromedia Dreamweaver?

You can just make your pages on your puter then upload them. That is what I recommend doing ...
