It wasn't a Tornado..
A Pic I took back in August, was Headed Southbound on I35 just North of Ardmore, Ok.
Hi Bala, your are correct, there is not vertical "rotation" as far as I can see, and no debris field towards the bottom...
It's a big "rain shaft" sometimes people call them "rain columns".... there is a smaller rain shaft to the far right of your picture as well. Sometimes very strong thunderstorms can be associated from the same cloud. I've seen some smaller than that one, down here in South Carolina.

Was looking for rotation, and checked the Radar too.
Nothing fortunately / unfortunately it wasn't a Tornado.
It did look pretty impressive though.
it is a cool shot for sure
