    Expensive Holiday..

Slight touch of despair here...I caught this on the 401,happened right in front of me...Taken through the windshield of my Mack..

New trailer..New Truck..Note how clean the underside of the trailer is..Called 911 for them, while taking the pics..Hiway...401 EB....#63 Exit in Tilbury,Ontario..Can.

Sad way to start..or..Rather End a vacation...Whether they liked it or not...Pretty Much over..:

5 and 8 MPG...Depending on if I let the cruise do the work or my foot..

The cruise actually does a great job through the computerized fuel injection at economizing...It just takes a little longer getting to the desired level of flight that I enjoy...

I usually leave the cruise pulling the reins though..

I'm wondering since the trailer was so new, maybe they were just too inexperienced..had to brake fast or maybe just got squirlly on them?

    that's a bummer though..

I see them all the time on the hiways....Some call them Tourists....We call them Terrorists..LOL!!

They get into a bit of a Speed Wobble...I think they try to over compensate by turning against the directions of the wobble..Next thang ya know..They are wobblin big time...Instead of just holding the wheel steady and letting the trailer level out..

    You're right...It is a bummer..probably close to a 100 grand lost..

This is what I was talking about. It helps prevent the trailer from wobbling around behind the vehicle. Used these with our trailer back in the day. It's a must with a trailer that large. Unfortunatly I don't see them on that vehicle.
