    07/23/05 Trip To STL

Few photo's I took from this past weekend's trip down to St. Louis. Took in the Cards vs Cubs...then stayed the night across the river at the Casino Queen. Has some nasty luck there this time around Saw lot's of Cub players playing blackjack Saturday evening..was pretty cool!

    Cool pics, Illini!

I was in that stadium a couple of years ago. Hot and muggy...Cards and the Cubs.

My brother in-law is connected I guess. See them green bleachers just above the visitors dugout? We were in the second from the top row on the right. We were waited on and pampered. Fun game and the beer was "fresh" ...

Good stuff! I'm not too fond of St. Louis but your pictures made it look pretty.

Yeah, those seats are awesome! Sat in them last year when the Cards played the Padre's last September. Those seats are in called "Diamond Box"

I was there this whole weekend again. Took in this past Saturday's and Sunday's games. Each game had a grand slam David Ecksteins GH that won the game was just awesome! Had luxuary box seats for my game on Saturday..Was two

Know exactly what you mean The city does have its good sides though. Went out to St. Charles which is west of the city on I70 and had a great time at this casino called AmeriStar Casino...hands down the best in the metro area!

Yeah, it's going to be really nice! Old Busch is ok...but it's just too damn hot in there. No air movement. Busch II will be able to "breath" so to speak.

Here's an updated Photo taken from this past Saturday:

They added a lot more seats from when I was there two weeks ago. Still a LOT of work to be done, LOL.
