    Need a good system optimizer

I see alot of these but I really need one that works best so Im asking you guys. What is the best one out there. I don't mean using seaparate ones, but a all in one would be cool. I want one that will take care of the registry, defrag it, delete unwanted keys, optimize it in general. Other files, shortcuts, and system optimizing features would be nice.
