    Shaggy,

Ive been thru many VIA boards, and they all run 100% for me (cept the KT133a boards).

VIA is good stuff, so is Nvidia.

KT133a was fine, KT133 was bad.

I'm still on vacation. Will be home sometime Thursday evening.

Nathan, lmk if you want to get together some time.

I'll be posting a lot more Friday (late Friday)...as I'll be tired tomorrow night.

Would like to get together amro, June may be the best idea, keep an eye out for big lan partys or PC shows Maybe we can host a lan party?

As for the boards is was talking more recent.

I have two epox 7kxa systems and DAMN. Never been happier. Still running AOK. The slot A athlons and their supporting chipsets were blessed by the gods of stability.

KT333 came out and noticed some funny happenings like annoying jams.

    KT400...need I say anything?

Nvidia...BIOS randomly go BOOM. I own corsair at the moment. And the two letter phrase beginning and ending with an "F". Seems like luck plays a big part with these board and I lack a lot of that substance.

All in all the AMD market isn't very stable at the moment and everyone is slap happy over their intel systems so I naturally blah blah blah.

    --------------

Why can't intel make chipsets for AMD and AMD quadpumped their CPU's and throw in the extra techonologies. Think about a 800mhz fsb athlon xp tbredB with sse2 and HT on a canterwood type motherboard.

Then a ATI card with nvidia makeing its drivers.
