Place to mount a 120mm fan
How should I clean this? When I got it, there was a lot of blue fluid in the radiator, I just washed it out, anything else I should do?

OR..
get some coasters for your case, put it on there, and then put the radiator flat on the floor of the case, that way, itll suck/blow out air from the bottom..

Heh, looks like a heater core....
Company i work for makes those.
My son ... ask for thyself another internet connection, for that which I leave is too slow for thee
where you get it from? I'm looking into water cooling but haven't found many good sites...

Just check at Pep Boys or whatever for a heater core or transmission cooler (smaller, different shapes, probably 5/16" tube connections).

too bad u dont have a bigger fan to put on it, the metal aloowing u to put the 120mm fan on covers alot of the radiator.
You might also look for an aluminum heater core or radiator, it should cool better, looks like the one you have there is a copper/brass construction from the pic.

Um, excuse me but, Doesnt aluminum's performance in cooling LESS than copper?Originally posted by schlurpee

i mean, you dont see a whole lot of aluminum heatsinks do you? their alll copper.

heat transfers from aluminum into air better but heat also transfers better from copper to aluminum(or a solid metal object), thus the reason heatsinks have copper bases with aluminum finsand why that heater core has aluminum fins..The tanks on that heater core are most likely copper.
