    PSU question...

Let's say I have a 300-watt Antec PSU (AMD/P4 approved), and the only things that will be running on it are:

    - Mobo
    - CPU-
    - Good CPU cooler
    - One HDD
    - Maybe a couple of low-speed case fans

Would it provide enough juice for solid overclocking?
