    9500pro or
    geforce 4 ti 4200 8x,
    ti4800se 8x,
    ti4600 asus ultra deluxe

    varies on who you ask and what you using for it.

    For future use, the 9500 Pro goes the extra stretch.

    For current use and compatbility, nothing beats good ole Ti 4200 (at the price). The Ti4800 should be the same price as the 9500 Pro. The Ti4600 deluxe is not worth the price, is why I sold mine off, although it was tight. Very good card with all the nicest features (I loved the copper heatsink).

    So if it were up to me? If you have the money to buy a 9500 Pro (which is around 300CAD), might as well pay the extra $75CAD for a 9700 Non pro. It isn't that much slower ( like 5-8%) in terms of gaming performance and I think that would be a better choice then a Ti4600.

    The 9500 Pro provides awesome performance with high AA and AF enabled.

    According to the Benchmarks I've seen in reviews Nvidia does loose signifigant points when AA and AS are enabled. I still preffer NV because I also use Linux and they have given the open-source realm alot of support.

    yeah i have had better luck with nvidia based cards running linux.
