    Ya know...if there was a small app written to mirror the Rocket's contents to a dedicated partition, the reliance on an UPS would be lessened. Make it work like folding or something. In idle moments, the app could write the contents of the rocket to the conventional HDD. 4 gigs on a modern HDD is nothing anyways, its only 5% of my modest system.

    I also have an idea why the rocket needs its own ac supply. So's when ya shutdown or open the comp for piddlin, ya don't lose the stored info.

    seen it but what about when u turn off the puter.. i don't see this being practical with sdram..if they had faster flash ram i could see it..otherwise i'm thinking it's great as a scratch disk for editing..etc..otherwise...no point.. just imho..

    this product will never fly. U have to buy card, and then memory... with SATA coming out, this is ddead already
