Add to your armory and d/load SpyBot SD.
Do a scan and clean with it and see how much it removes. Then post what's left.
Croc.
BTW... the qcsrv cookie comes from SG.
Here's just one page about BrilliantDigital and it has a manual removal guide as well. Just scroll down the page.

the first file (alexa) is checked but the rest are not
SpyBot just removes the one checked. I leave the others alone
Yeah, I recommend SystemWorks Pro over AntiVirus. It has AntiVirus and a bunch of other fancy utilities. Kind of off topic, but just stating my opinion, although, not everybody has $50 to spend.

Try going into Spybot's config and uncheck System Internals and Usage Tracking in Settings/File Sets at the bottom of the list. These are mainly internal usage tracking files that have no real risk attached.
Rescan and see what comes up. The list will be much smaller and only "clean" those with the check in the box.
So where did the Brilliant Digital and Cydoor entries go? Spybot should have found them.

The SpyBot forum is a good read to get a clearer understanding about the program.
Unless the entries were hidden when you copied the list to your first post. Was the scroll button right at the top of the list? That's the only reason I could come up with.about brilliant and cydoor..lol thats a good question. Ive been questioning myselft about that..spybot never find them

My cookie file is cared for lovingly by CookieWall and rarely goes above 45kb or around 10 to 15 cookies. The rest just don't get a look in.
