Strong IDE rounded cables

Howdy,

Well I was redoing the wires in my case today and saw that the loose wires on my coolermaster rounded cables were loose and a few were plain broken

So I wanted to know what the strongest cables are to buy. Maybe ribbon cables with a pretty cover or something so i don't have loose wires less that a mm in width breaking on me.

(I am happy with the wires inside my case, i guess I can't keep my hands to myself
