    Lightbulb Cheap/Cool/Quiet fan

I'm planning to squeeze an AMD K6-3 and a VooDoo3 PCI into that old system i've got. The current fan is somewhat loud (louder than my P4 at least), and is 7.5 years old. Both the VGA (which supposedly runs hot) and CPU (own fan), along with a 5400 and a 6300rpm hard disk, are all in a compact case (15"). Will this probably require new cooling? With all the cables running in the small case, the current temp is about 70C (really warm to the touch; no proper monitors). Plus after running it and the P4 system for the same amt of time, the P4 has barely gotten any warmer, while i could fry an egg on the hard disk. Note that all the slots are full as well (6 slots )
