Try a format and recovery , then re aply the tweaks , More ram will help your system if your only running 64MB's or lower , The system.ini tweak will also help , Good Luck man.

I had A ubr 900 Cisco , I'm kind of upset I had to replace it because of the back of the modem was worn , so What happend was they ended up giving me a Surf Board3100.

Should I have kept the Cisco...

It's just as fast (Probably Faster) and costs 400 less, Is DSL available in your area ? , And If your willing to Pay For...
