tcp analyzer - how should tos and qos tweaks look like? my values ok?



qos and tos values in optimizer -
qos nonbesteffortlimit 0
tos disableusertossetting 0
tos default tos value 80

I need help with my modem my modem keeps on restarting i dont know whats causeing it my isp sended a tech at my house and i got a new modem and but it still keeps on happening my Cabel Modem keeps on...

im haveing a problem with my internet connection the modem keeps on restarting like i loose internet connection sometimes and i see lights going on one by one i got rogers internt.
