speed not bad about 6.4 but the network says i can get around 9 to 12 on the download me i think the max il get is the 6.9 only

Pinging [68.67.73.20] with 32 bytes ->bytes=32 time=141ms TTL=55...

im paying for upto 20meg and getting around 5

im on unlimited downloads,,

i know one thing bt tryed to pull a fast one the other day for over a month the noise margin ranged from 7 to 10dB 3 days ago the download stream dropped to 5000kbps...

im using bt hub 2.0 and paying for upto 8meg but only getting around 2meg now and its doing my head in
