maybe under disc management see if you can initialize the drive after bootup ?

i would wait a little bit for the next generation of AMD zen3 CPUs to come out soon to see how much faster they will be , i know i am waiting, or wait for the prices of zen2 to come down maybe then.

D drive storage,documents, pics, music, ect 2TB mechanical , backed up all the time, even on the cloud
E drive bluray burner that is...
unplug the D drive and see what happens, perhaps it is going bad ?
youtube has a 128GB limit as far as i know, you could use handbreke to compress it some first though if ya really need to
if ya want to post the video on youtube, just upload the whole thing and use the editing tools to trim/cut it where you want to, easy peasy
