We ran into an incident similar to this with the TC4400.
The definitive way to confirm what is what confirm what firmware version CMTS is expecting and log into your router (You've already done with with the 192.168.100.1 and check the modems firmware. Make sure they match.

Also double check in your network settings for the NIC that the NIC can actually do more than 100Mbps. Ideally you want to see 1Gbps.

So at work there is a small battle going on on how to automatically calculate levels output from a modem.
Here is a sample from Hitron CODA45 using my script:
