USB Problem

Hello,

I had a problem getting the USB ports to work on this board when I tried to install
my used HD. I reformatted and got my USB ports to work. My HP 3300c scanner
works great, but I have a problem with my Nascar Pro Digital Wheel game controller.
When I run the cpu at 1400 133 fsb the wheel is ...

I want to thank everybody for the replys,
even you Tech Fixer.

I had a computer tech come over with a 400 psu and
he said it was the main board. So I pulled the cpu and
my GENERIC Kingston ram, ready to ship it back.

I manual set the cpu fsb to 100 and the cpu voltage to 1.75
with a multiplier of 10, still nothing.
