2. Re-register actxprxy.dll (IE8 only)

Code:

1. Click Start, then click Run.
2. In the Run dialog box, type :
   regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
3. and press Enter
4. You should get a 'DllRegisterServer in actxprxy.dll succeeded' message.
5. Restart your computer.
