My pc gos into this cycle where it won't boot , on restarts or even on power up . It checkes all my drives I can see the HD light turn on and it just keeps cycleing . after I power completly down by holding power button for 6sec and about 5 trys it finnally boots ? any suggestions Thanks.

I could be wrong, but this sounds like a lose connection somewhere. A PCI card, HD cable, a power connector something.

This would occur from a short, most likely a lose connection, but could be any kind of a short.

i would check the reset button cable going from the front of the case to the mobo, then i'd reseat vidcard, ram, and proc.

it would either be that you have insufficent power coming from your PSU, probably too low wattage. If your running an AMD based computer above 1ghz you should have atleast a 300W and a 350W for better stability.
