I think it may be a little edgy so leave a little space to round out with the drimel just in case.

I dont have a dremel/cant afford a dremel.

So this is like my only choice.. but that guy did a full circle with his.. and check out how his came out.

try and find some pratice stuff to try it on see how it works, if it good after the cut it self just needs some little sanding, if not a fill to get it round or flat and then the sanding. the fills don't cost to much.

yeah well, i had mine plasma cut baby! i just happen to know some one with a plasma cutter :p
