If 36C is your full load temp, then you are doing very well.

If thats an idle temp, get a full load temp and post it.

You can set what cas you want your ram to run at in your BIOS. Be advised that if you set it to a cas that your ram doesn't support your PC may not post and you will have to reset your CMOS. Happened to me. If you want to check your ram there is a program called "ctspd" that will read the spd of the ram and tell you what is supported. By default most BIOS will read this to set up the cas timing.

Those are great temps. i had 46c with my hhc-001 Running an MSI K7t turbo 2, i have a Duron 1.1ghz and an Sk-6 currently. my temps are 36c Idle on my Soltek 75DRV2, 39c full load. and i think those are cool compared to my gigabyte ga7vtxe which also had a duron 1.1 and an sk-6 running at 60c idle 67c full load. ( I think the gigabyte mobo had heat problems)

The lower the CAS number you can run at the better. Some memory will run at a lower cas number than is stored in the spd, you don't know until you try. The lower the number the faster the access time for the ram, something like that anyway.
