PowerSupply info..

I have a Sparkle 350watt PS that I am going to put in my case along with mobo/processor/ram, now is there anything I need to know about switching PowerSupplys? Or do I just simply switch 'em?

I just want to know if there might be any problems I might run into while doing this ahead of time.
