MSI or AOPEN???

ok I found a couple GF3 Ti200 in my price range. The Aopen for $199 or the MSI for $225. But i'm just not sure which brand is better for performance, any help?

the MSI videocard. MSI has much more trustable components compared to Aopen. Try and avoid that company like the plague, just some friend advice ( I know this from personal experience with components from Aopen.)
