adding a blow hole

Ok I have the hole cut I'm going to find I fan with a cool grill, I just need to know, is it better to have the fan blowing air in or out?

definatly out for a blow hole at the top of the case as hot air rises and intake fans are normally at the bottom

where can I bring air in?

Lots of cases come with side fans, usually lower front or right on top of the cpu and hsf
