get whatever mobo, plus a GF2 GTS
very good vid card still (doesn't compare to teh GF3 and 4s though) but it's only $46 @ NewEgg

only prob with that one is its micro ATX.... id have to buy a micro ATX case..... very nice looking though.....

doesnt need to be DDR anymore too..... so any p4 socket 478..... audio /video lan will do

I Like the new asus p4s533....has lan, 6 channel sound and only $99. has the new sis645dx chipset with support for ddr2700 and will also support future 533 bus p4's. i just ordered one along with a 1.6a woodie.

not sure on this; but most of your Mobos w/Onboard Video, Sound and LAN are going to be MATX
