Painting Cases????

I thinking of painting my case, so I need to know what I should do,

should I prime it?, over the paint that there or stip off the paint thats there? what kind of paint should I use?

and anything else you think I should know.

Stip it down to bare steel, use automotive primer and then any good grade enamel.
I did splashes putethis was my paint job on Splash's puter (http://forums.speedguide.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=63997)


Roundeye is the man when it comes to the finish though.

how about cutting wholes for fans? or just wholes for some more air flow?

and what is a good way to strip the paint I have right now, sand paper or like some kind of paint remover?
