Yes. I might cut out an area on the front of the case, where all the small holes are for the stock fans. That why I bought two of them.

I collect Spiderman stuff and this PC's name is Spiderman. I named it long before I heard about the grills.

I was thinking about getting one of the punisher grills, but airflow was a concern of mine too.

It does seem like it would block a good bit of air.
