I bought a $4 flasher kit
http://home.adelphia.net/~onegighz/MVC-002Fl1.jpe
it was fun putting it together
http://home.adelphia.net/~onegighz/MVC-003Fl2.jpe
drill the holes for the led’s in the 3.5” plate
http://home.adelphia.net/~onegighz/MVC-004Fl3.jpe
hot glue it in place
http://home.adelphia.net/~onegighz/MVC-005Fl4.jpe
it should look pretty cool!
http://home.adelphia.net/~onegighz/MVC-006Fl5.jpe
of course a clean adaptor with heat shrink tube
http://home.adelphia.net/~onegighz/MVC-007Fl6.jpe
all it’s gonna do is flash when my pc is on.
http://home.adelphia.net/~onegighz/MVC-008Fl8.jpe
and it’s done!another useless but fun mod, lol,,,all it does is an alternating flash.
http://home.adelphia.net/~onegighz/MVC-010Fl9.jpe
I guess I got bored and got a creative urge.

cool

i have an idea for it

instead of having it flashing constantly, wire it so that it flashes upon hard drive use

Isn't that setup for 9V use? Won't running it at 12V harm those leds?
