just buy some heavy duty grinding disks and a sanding block for the dremel and cut away, the use a sanding block and clean everything up.
got lowes or home depot and look at the attachments
hmm would have too look for those...
trhere's prolly one in like Springfield or Rolla...

I used a drmel for my holes... I simply put a screw in the center of the hole I want to cut, use a string and guide it that way
Hey, don't take back the dremel. You can find a million uses for it once you start thinking about it. Wish I had one. I've almost bought 1 a thousand times.

I actually bought it for a project I'm working on for work...

Bala, dremel's rule.......and it's not hard to cut a hole in your case with one...just slow.....take your time. and a grill will cover any imperfections.
I love mine....I use it for all kinds of things.. carving things out of wood, polishing small objects...stuff on my bikes.....

I prolly paid a lil much for mine...
$54.95 w/no tax
I have two dremels, one variable speed and a fixed speed one. I LOVE mine. Play with it all the time. Go to Sears, they have a knock-off version(really a dremel, but with Craftsman stickers) and have tons of attachments for em. I'm wanting the extension myself, looks like a nice add on.
hmmm...
well I started cutting some..
but as it is 2am and my sis woke up I gotta work on it some more tommorow...
If I put a fan right above my CPU in the side panel of the case (I have a Socket A Athlon 1.4ghz).
Should it be exhausting air or pulling air in?

I still hadn't gotten around to cutting it yet..

I was thinking about painting my case as well...
but it seems like it's not an easy task...
wet sand, dry sand, this and that..
funk that...
