Just got a Antec SX830

I love this case! It is awesome. The only problem I had is I think the power supply is dead on arival. Got everything hooked up, power to the mother baord. Oooops ....... no power up! Had to put another ps in and all is good! Any one else have this case?

Check your CMOS jumper settings, but if a different P/S is working check the fuse inside the P/S. Mabey during shipping it got wacked around and the fuse broke (it's worth a look).

I have the SX840,it came working just fine,these Antec cases are really good ones,I like it alot,I get case temps from 19c to 22c.
the hd rack,the fan mounts,the floppy removable rack,and the quick release 5.25" mounts ,make this a tech dream,easy to play with. :) no problems with mine at all!

great case,and the Antec 400w ps,is good quality.

I bought the Antec 840 also. I wanted the 1040 but I just couldn't get by that swing door.

Besides.....I guess I didn't need more than 3, 5 and a quater bays.

Two burners and a DVD player, works out great...


Tons of room. Easy access. Air flow isn't a problem at all. Nice case!

...especially that useless lock (my roomate has the same case, and the keys are identical :p )

a delta 7000 rpm on the cpu and the 5 case fans
(1 on the harddrive) are 4500rpm Sunon's,
