.SFV file

I was wondering if anyone on this forum knows how to open a file labeled .sfv I have down loaded a few programs that verify the files but they don't open them. I assume it is similar to a rar or acce file but I just don't quite understand something. If someone could enlighten me that would be great. Thank you.

From what I can gather a .sfv file is a list of files that allow you to check to see if the files you have downloaded are exactly what you were expecting.

open the .sfv with notepad......

use an unrar program (i.e winrar) and open the ".rar" file - double klick and the movie, prog... should be put together automatically
