a company that I got not too long ago, Topower, seems to be not bad and should be cheap. The 370Watter cost me like $70 bucks? ahh I can't remember, but the lines are stable and everything works like a charm.

Another good brand if you can find is Sparkle, not bad and the Antecs are good as well, but recently the Enermax's have been getting bad press, but still perform well if you get a good one, so give it a chance.

or
a
350 Watt Enhance AMD (looks like it has a P4 Connector description doesn't say)... $35

How about the price? Is it good value? Or just expensive as hell?

Enermax SUX ASS. Your 5V rail will dip quite A LOT if you pair up an Enermax with a high performance AMD system, no matter what wattage PSU you get. Almost ALL PSUs will have their 5V rails dip quite a bit with AMD systems, BUT in most PSUs like the Antec's, theres a knob you can turn to provide more voltage to the 5V rail. Enermax PSUs DOESN'T have this knob, you have to remove a resistor and solder on a variable resistor to adjust the voltage. I'd recommend Antec, sparkle isn't as big of a company.
