I don't think you would get any major trouble if you have the right components.... ;)

im confused ! what do i need to do to upgrade my processor?

if you have PC133 compliant ram, then all you would need a faster processor. Just make sure your mother board can support it and that you flash the bios before putting the new processor in (most bios on older motherboards need to be flash to use higher clocked CPUs.)

Hum...i think he's still a little confuse..

Here's (http://www.viahardware.com/cuv4x.htm) some info on Asus cuv4x. And from what i've read from there, your ram should be ok if it's SD ram, and the futherest you can go with your mobo is Pentium III, perhaps not Pentium IV. But like Terran said, you need to "flash" your BIOS meaning "update" it to make it take higher speed...hope this clear you up a little ;)
