i was just pricing out the Tyan Tiger Athlon MP board (not the expensive Tyan Thunder w/integrated U160 and such) and ran across these. i always get a kick out of how much people will pay for some things on eBay.

LOL, I"ve noticed that before. Looks like Ebay is a great place to sell your computer stuff if it's not too outdated.

I will say I've gotten a few good deals on rare cd's/albums but not often. Most times, I pay close to what they are worth.

I dont believe half the prices that are posted there. People probably inflating their own bid.

it was cool. i was way too jet-lagged out to really go anywhere other than the hotel bar. i was about 25 minutes outside of Hartford, so it was very rural. it was close to the factory which was convenient, but very much the type of area where a city-boy like myself could easily get lost (raods kinda just wander around. not laid out in a grid like what i am used to).

i think next time i will request a few more days to become acquainted with the area so i can get around and enjoy it.
