My primary system, main components listed below is beginning to seem a little slow, especially when compared to some of the systems here and when trying to run the latest games. In the near future i can change the memory to 133 and do either a processor of graphics card upgrade. Use is mostly surfing music and 3d games. Opinions on which would be best? TIA.

depends on how much you're willing to pay/spend...

you can get a 1.4ghz Athlon for aroun $120 now...maybe even cheaper since I bought mine around Sept.

Changing the videocard over the processor wouldn't be worth it.

hmm then again, have you tried ocing your Duron yet? If you want to go cheap, you could oc your duron to like 800mhz or 900mhz(you'd need to get better cooling) then grab a better videocard.

First of all, you didnt list your mobo; which would have been helpful. I would agree and buy the new video card. Since you have an agp slot, I would suggest either a radeon sdram card or a geforce2mx 64meg 400. I personally wouldnt bother with the ram change, saving instead for a ddr mobo and ram setup in the future. The speed difference between pc100 and pc133 is there, but hardly worth the 100 it'll cost you. It really depends on how much you have to spend. If I was in your shoes, I'd consider this:

Plus, you can get a geforce2mx for:

It all really comes down to how much you want to spend. You might notice the small difference between your current duron600 and a duron800 I suggested, however the mobo makes a HUGE difference.
