depends what brand is it, if it's just OEM or Generic then it's crap

You need to see what brand it is before you buy it at that price. From most of the research I have done lately the price you gave should be for a 256 meg chip and even then that is on the low end quality side.

Cheap is not always good but if you are looking for inexpensive memory at average quality you might try http://www.tigerdirect.com or a site simular to that.

ugh...Tigerdirect is aight...their shipping sux though..
if you want good ram go to crucial...free shipping for some time..now
it doesn't say on their website when they will stop..
