Getting better, after I add my ram heatsinks on the video card, I should be able to bump up the core/memory some more.

How does the nature scene look w/ the radeon? How much did you pay for the card btw? I have heard largely varying price ranges...

saw 400 bucks at newegg for oem 8500DV

that's not bad

that's faster then a DEFAULT REGULAR GF3 on a 1.533Ghz T-bird DDR system where I get 6955 3dmarks ;)

The highest I've gotten so far was with a REGULAR GF3 overclocked to 245/550 i got a score of 7681 3DMarks on the same 1.533Ghz T-bird DDR KG7 system

So your pretty close to my highest score with a regular GF3

However I haven't tried the Ti 500 yet which I hear can be overclocked very high, like 275/600 on some... but i'll see how that goes after i get this gf3 shootout done.......

If you want to check prices... We ship for this company and they seem to have some good prices from time to time. Since they are a reseller I always check their prices since they are in a very competitive market

Sorrry, didn't mean to crap on you thread. I just saw the ?? about price and thought this may help

Sorry about the .bmp, forgot to change it, seemed like it took longer to upload to my webhost. :rotfl:

I paid $213 from NewEgg.

My graphics look terrible in 3D Mark (even at default speed), but games look awesome.

Brent, I don't know what the FPS are, I'll run it again later and tell you. When I run 3d mark, I just open the program and benchmark the video at what ever settings it opens at.

Could you tell us every game you have played on it and give a brief assessment.

Games that would be nice are:

Q3A
UT
CS
Diablo2
Deus Ex
Undying
SS2
Thief
Max Payne

...so basically, all of the popular games. :D
