go to www.arborhosting.com and get a paid account from them. i know, i know you wanted a free account. i've tried the *free* route and it worth it, for a million reasons. arborhosting (my family has an account with them) is a very nice group of folks, very knowledgeable of web development and networking. they're not expensive at all and will have you set up in less than 24 hours.
