Can anyone help me figure out why this is happening?

I get this blue screen error when playing a game.

A fatal exception OE has occured at 0028:C003001A in VXD NTKERN(01) + 0000E49E. The current application will be terminated.

What does this mean? And what do I have to do to fix it? Thanks.

A new one,
A fatal exception 06 has occured at 0028:C00435BF in VXD VFAT(01) + 00001667.

I recently got a new motherboard and switched everything from the old motherboard, to the new one. I use a game controller to play these games, do you think that I have to reinstall the drivers for it or something? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
