registry tweaks

I have installed the registry tweaks on a one way cable download/phone upload system.
The tweaks seem to be working at first (high kb/s transfer rates) and then the rates drop back to low to average transfer rates (20-50 kb/s) I may be overlooking something here so any help here would be appreciated.

Try some manual registry tweaks, generic patches don't work for everyone. If you still have bad speeds call your isp!
