The only "bottleneck" demonstrated in that result is between hop 10 and hop 11:

10 27 ms 24 ms 25 ms pos2-0-155M.cr1.WDC2.gblx.net [208.178.174.53]

11 81 ms 81 ms 88 ms pos7-0-2488M.cr2.SNV.gblx.net [208.50.169.86]

There, the latency jumps from the 20's to the 80's -- however, that still is NOT bad!!

OK, so it looks like once it left the @home network...the trouble began, albeit minute trouble but it does show itself no matter how snmall correct?

I'm just learning about all this stuff so I'm trying to get my facts straight. Thanks for the reply! :D
